I. The past simple with “ wish”
- E.g1: You are not very tall.
 -> I wish I were taller. 
- E.g2: You are poor person.
 -> I wish I were rich person.
* “wish”: DiÔn t¶ ­íc muèn kh«ng cã thËt ë hiÖn t¹i
S1 + wish(es) + S2 + V(past) / were + O

II. Present perfect:

* Adverbs are used in this tense:
 already, ever/never, just, yet … 
-> ever(?) Come after “ S” before “VpII”
-> yet (?/ - ) Stand at the of the sentence
- Since -> a point of time
- For -> a period of time
