I.Aims: Helps Ss practice listening the dialogue.
 Practice telling the price
II. Objectives:

- Structure: Asking – answering the price
	How much + do/ does + S + cost?
	Is / Are + S ?
- The polite requirement: Would like + Vinfi / noun.

	 T’s book, Ss’ book, tape, cassette, laptop, projectors,

2. Pre – listening:
Teacher says: to know the services at the post office. Today we learn 
 Unit 8 Places
 Period 47- B. At the post office
Part 1- pape 83.
(Teacher writes on the blackboard)
- Teacher helps Ss learn some new words about the post office.
Helps Ss to read them
Read aloud (one by one)
Ss write them on notebook.
Read aloud (one by one)
- Teacher asks to check the vocabulary by Matching.
Teacher gives the picture and sets the scene:
Teacher says: Look at the picture
Liz is at the post office. She is talking to the Clerk, A postal worker. 
Before listening. Can you guess what Liz and Clerk are talking about by doing T/F statements.
Teacher gives some guiding information on the projectors.
 (Spend 2 minutes guessing)
 SS work alone.
Calls Ss to go to the board to write their guessing.
3. While – listening:
Teacher says: to check your guessing exactly. Let’s listen the dialogue.
Teacher opens the tape twice
Ss listen and check True / False statements.
Teacher asks Ss: Why do you know the sentence is T/F.
Ss have to give the information in the dialogue
Asks Ss to read the dialogue:
Ss spend 3 munites reading the dialogue) work in pairs. 
Calls Ss to read the dia before the class.
Teacher and the other Ss listen and correct. 
 Teacher says: 
When Liz wants to send a letter to the USA. How can Liz say in the dialogue?
Ss answer: I’ d like to send 
Teacher gives the model sentence on the board.
Ss make the sentence with it.
Teacher says: When Liz finishes her shopping, How she asks Clerk about the price.
Ss listen and make the sentence
Teacher says:
To understand the services in the post office carefully. We will practice some questions about Liz and yourself
Teacher gives the questions on the projectors and asks Ss to read before class and explains the difficult words.
Teacher says:
Would you like to play Lucky Numbers?
Ss: Ok.
Teacher gives the rule
Divides the class into two groups.
Teacher calls two Ss to select number to play before.
Teacher says: Which animals do you like?
Group 1: Mouse
Group 2: Cat
Teacher sticks the picture of Cat and Mouse on the board.
Teacher says: Let’s begin playing?
Ss: Ok.
Teacher notes the number in LN

4. Post – listening:

 Let’s practice asking and answering about the price with Picture drill
T sticks the pictures with their prices on the board.
Ss practice in pairs.
Teacher calls Ss to read before class.
- Teacher and other Ss listen and correct.
Teacher says: Today we’ve learned some structures. 
Can you repeat?
Ss answer:
Teacher gives the mind map on the projectors.
Ss check their answers.
5. Homework:
 Teacher says: Further practice the polite requirement and the price. You learn by heart Vocabulary and model sentences.
And prepare Unit 8 (B2,3)
Ss can make the dialogue between you and your friend with the form.
