I. AIM : Help students state their favorite activities which they often play with their friends and know how to describe their friends.
II. LANGUAGE CONTENTS :
1. Grammar : 	- What does she look like ?
 	- (not) adj + enough + (for S.O) + to do S.T
 	- What + (a/an) + adj + n!
 2. Vocabulary : 	(n) neighbor = next-door neighbor
(v) receive # send, seem
III. TECHNIQUES : Rub out and remember, Guiding questions, Making a dialogue
IV. TEACHING AIDS :- Pictures, tape, cassette player, extra-board 
V. PROCEDURE :
TEACHER’S AND STUDENTS’ ACTIVITIES
CONTENT
- Ss work in pairs, asking and answering about their favorite activities in their summer.
- Ss look at the pictures on the page 10 and talk about these activities. Then, talk about their activities after school in pairs.
- T gets feedback from Ss.
- T shows the photo of Hoa and Nien and sets the situation by asking some questions.
- Ss anwer
- T new words.
- Ss practice pronunciation. 
- T check vocabulary by asking Ss do Rub out and remember
- T uses pictures, actions and explaination to remind and present model sentences.
- Ss follow the T and then copy down.
- T asks some questions before asking Ss listen to the tape.
- Ss guess to answer
- Ss listen to the tape and answer some questions. Ss can anwer with short anwers.
- T gets feedback from Ss.
- Ss listen and repeat. Then Ss practice the conversation in pairs. Some pairs practice the dialogue in front of the class.
- T helps them with their pronunciation if possible
- Ss read the dialogue then answer some questions about Hoa and Nien.
- Ss make up a dialogue using the original dialogue as prompts. (pairworks)
- T gives the homework on the board.
- Ss take note.

B: Hi A. You look very happy.
A: Yes. I received a letter form my friend C today.
B: Do I know him?
A: I don’t think so. He was my next-door neighbor in Ho Chi Minh City.
B: What does he look like?
A: He’s so handsome. Here is his photo.
B: What a lovely smile. Was he your classmate?
A: Oh, no. He wasn’t old enough to be in my 
class.
B: How old is he?
A: He’s twelve. He is going to visit me this summer. Would you like to meet him.
A: That’s great. I’d love to.
V. HOMEWORK :
