1. Presentation
*Introduce the topic of the lesson and ask the students about advantages of computer.(Ask the students to list the usages of a computer freely.)
-Guide the students tell all they know about a computer.
-Students can talk in Vietnamese, then teacher write them in English on the board.
-Ask the students to read the sentences that they think it are the most important.

Objectives: -At the end of the lesson students can: +Read the dialogue to understand the main ideas and practicing computer vocabulary -Content: +Vocabulary: print, jam, connect, be under guarantee, manual, .. +Grammar. Review Present perfect tense. (yet, already) -Skills: Listening, Speaking, and reading . Teaching aids: - Lesson plan, Students’ book ; workbook, Audio-CD,CD-Player Teaching procedure: Activities Content Organization(1’) Greetings and checking attendances: +What is the weather like? +Who is absence today? Checking the old lesson(4’) -Check their works at home. -Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students New lesson(35’) Presentation *Introduce the topic of the lesson and ask the students about advantages of computer.(Ask the students to list the usages of a computer freely.) -Guide the students tell all they know about a computer. -Students can talk in Vietnamese, then teacher write them in English on the board. -Ask the students to read the sentences that they think it are the most important. *Guide the students study the new words. -Read the words then the students repeat in chorus. -Explain the meaning. -Write on the boards. -Students read in chorus again. Practice 1.-Introduce the situation of the dialogue to the students. -Let the students listen while look at the book. -Ask the students to listen again. -Ask the students to practice the dialogue in pairs, in turns. -Call some pairs to check. -Explain the structure: How to connect a printer in brief. 2.-Explain the meaning of FACT or OPTION to the students. -Ask the students to read the sentences a) – f) then check. Production -Let the students discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of using computer. -Help the students to review yet, already. Feedback.(3’) -Explain the requests from the students. Homework(2’) Guide the students do the works. Attendance: 8………….. 1. Getting started. Work with your partner. Check the box. a) The computer isn’t working. b) There shouldn’t be anything wrong with it. c) I know how to connect a printer. d) The manual isn’t very helpful. e) I bought it in Ho Chi Minh City. f) I don’t know what they can do. *Present perfect: - Have you turned it on yet? - Yes, I have already done it. *Home works. Do exercise in workbook. Prepare for the next lesson.
