Organization. (1’)
Greetings and checking attendances:
What is the weather like?
Who is absence today?
Checking the old lesson.(2)
-Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students.( Today we will study how to cook Chinese fried rice.)
New lesson.(38’)
Pre – listening 
*Help the students to study some new words.
-Students look at the pictures on page 30 and give the names of the food or cookers.
-Students set the sense and then they guess what items Lan and Mrs. Tu use to cook: “ The Special Chinese Fried Rice”. 
While- listening.
*Introduce the situation of the dialogue.
-Let the students guess how to cook Special Chinese Fried Rice what they need and how they can do.
-Describe the pictures.
-Ask the students to listen then tick the materials and tools to cook.
- Listen then tick the correct pictures.
-Students listen and check their prediction.
-Compare with the others’.
-Give the key and correct the mistakes if any.
Post- listening.
 Exhibition:
 Ss work in groups to write the steps to cook the main course they like.

Lan: Can I help you cook dinner, Mom ?
Mrs.Tu: Sure. You can. Cook the “Special Chinese Fried Rice” for me. Use the big pan, please.
Lan: Okay. How much oil do I put ?
Mrs Tu: Just a little. Wait until it is hot and then fry the garlic. And the green peppers.
Lan: Do I put the ham and the pea now ?
Mrs Tu: Yes. and you can put the rice and a teaspoon of salt in.
Lan: Yummy! It smells delicious.
