A.Aims
	 After the lesson, Sts will be able to:
- Ask for favors and respond to favors.
- Practice asking for favor.	
- Get acquainted with the structures: asking for favors, offering assistance, responding to favors/ assistance.
- Improve speaking skill.

- Hang the picture of activities on the board and lets students look at the picture.
- Call on 2 students to tell the name of activities in the picture.

III. New lesson.
	1. Warm up 	 	
- “ In daily life, we always have to ask for and respond to favors, offer assistance and respond to assistance”
- What structures you can use?
- T introduces the content of the lesson.
	2. Before - Speaking. 
 - T introduces some structures:
	* Asking for favors
	+ Can/ could you help me, please?
	+ Could you do me a favor?

	+ Can/ Could you … ?
	* Responding to favors.

- Ask students to read the two dialogues in the text book.
- Call on some pairs to read the dialogues aloud before class.
	3. While - Speaking. 
- Divide the class into 4 groups, each groups is divided in to 3 pairs
- Ask each pair to use the structures they have learned and the situations in the book to make up new conversations.
	+ The 1th group: the first situation
	+ The 2th group: the second situation
	+ The 3th group: the third situation
	+ The 4th group: the fourth situation
- Give feedback
- Correct mistakes
	4. After - Speaking.
- Students practice in pairs, think of a situation and make up a new conversation using the students to ask for and respond to favors
- Call on 2 pairs to read their conversation aloud.
	5. Consolidation 
- Retell the content of the lesson
	6. Homework. 
- Ask students to make up a dialogue using the structures they have learned
- Do exercise 1 P 51 in the workbook

- Listen to details and practice speaking when offering assistance.
- Fill in the missing words of the English song “Children of the word Unite” and sing this song.

	2. Before - Listening. 
- Read the words of the song and tell me what the song is about?
