By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to count from 1 to 20. Moreover, they can say their age easily.

THE CARDINAL NUMBERS
( 1 Ò 20 )
Note: Numbers from 14 to 19, add “ teen” after four …. nine”.
Checking number: Bingo

5 +6 = ….
7 + 9 = …
11 + 5 = ….
8 + 7 = ….
17 + 2 = …..
4. Production:

5. Homework:
- Learn by heart the numbers.
- Do the exercises in workbook.
- Prepare Uint1 ( cont ) C3 – C6.
-T sticks picture by picture on the board and calls Ss to say the greetings.
- Ss look at the pictures and says the greetings Ò others give comment.
- T sticks the poster of the cardinal numbers on the board Òruns through Ò models.
- Ss listen carefully and repeat ( chorally ).
- T asks Ss to choose five numbers that they like.
- Ss choose five numbers and write them in their paper.
- T reads the number from 1 to 20 not in the correct order.
- Ss listen and check their paper. The St who has five numbers first say “ Bingo” Ò winner.
- T puts Ss in groups to practice counting the numbers.
- Ss work in group to count the numbers.
- T sticks the poster of the exercise on the board Ò runs through Ò models.
- Ss observe carefully and do the exercise ( ind ) Ò compare with their friends Ò come to the board to write the results.
- T gives feedback.
- T puts the poster of the names on the board Ò runs through.
- Ss answer the question in pairs.
- T goes around to help Ss if necessary.
