1. Warm - Up: (5’)
Match: ordinal numbers:
 + first – 4th + sixth _ 4th
 + second – 3rd + seventh _ 10th
 + third _ 1st + eighth _ 5th
 + fourth _ 10th + ninth _ 2nd
 + fìfth _ 7th + tenth _ 6th
2. Presentation: (12’)
- Ask Ss to look at the picture; set the scene: Thu and Phong are asking about their school .
- Introduce vocabulary:
 + and : 
 + which:
 + grade (n): 
 + floor (n): 
 + (to) have/ has (v):
- Ask Ss to practice the new words.
- Introduce structure:
1. Which grade is/ are + S + in?
] S + am/ is/ are in grade …..
2. Which class is/ are + S + in?
] S + am/ is/ are in class…..
3. Where is your/ his/ her classroom?
[ It is on the ……. floor.
4. How many floors does + your/ his/ her school have?
[ It has ……. floor.
- Get Ss to guess about which grade / class they are in and where their classrooms are. 
3. Practice: (18’)
- Ask Ss to listen to the dialogue between Thu and Phong and check their prediction.
- Let Ss listen to the tape twice.

- Ask Ss to practice the dialogue.
