- Teaching aids: Flashcard, recording, poster

- Resources: student’s book ( p.9)

IV. Procedures

1. Warm up

- Play game: “slap board”

- Introduce the game and ask Ss to play

- Call 2 students to play

- Announce the winner

2. Listen and circle a or b

- Ask Ss to look at activity 4 and guess blank information

- Suggest this activity

- Play the recording twice and ask Ss to listen and circle

- Play the recording again and ask Ss to listen and check their answers.

- Have Ss give the answers and correct.

Teaching aids: Flashcard, recording.
Resources: student’s book ( p.6), workbook ( p. 4)

Warm up
Teacher’s activities: Play game “brain storm”

Introduce the game
 Student’s activities: listen and play game
Look, listen and repeat.
Teacher’s activities: 
Ask Ss to look at picture and ask some question: “who are they?”, etc.
Turn on the CD and ask Ss to repeat some times
Have Ss to role play in dialogue
Student’s activities:
Look picture and answer question.
Repeat and role play
Point and say
 Teacher’s activities:
Ask Ss to look at picture. Then ask and answer with question “What’s your address?’
Have Ss work in pairs to play roles 
Do an example with picture a.
Call on some pairs to perform the task at the front of the class. Have the whole class repeat all the phrases in chorus to reinforce their pronunciation. 
 Student’s activities: Look at pictures and practice

IV/ Procedures
Warm up
Give some flashcards which have English words and Vietnamese 
Raise Vietnamese words and ask Ss to say English 
2. Listen and complete
Ask pupils to open their students’ books on page 7.
Ask Ss to look at activity 4 and guess blank information 
Play the recording twice and ask Ss to listen and complete
 Play the recording again and ask Ss to listen and check their answers.
 Have Ss give the answers and correct.
3. Read and complete
Ask Ss what they have to do in this task
Divide class into 5 groups. Then discuss and complete the blanks.
Call 5 leaders of each group to write answer on the board.
Check and correct mistakes.
4. Let’s sing
Read the lyrics.
Play the recording the song all the way through.
Have Ss to repeat each line of the lyrics a few times.
Have Ss to sing along.
Call a few Ss to sing.
 V. Reinforcement:
Ask Ss to practice the song in pairs.

Matching: divide class into 2 groups and work in group

2. Look, listen and repeat
 Ask Ss to identify the characters.
Have Ss listen and repeat the short conversation
 Have Ss play role to read the dialog in groups.
Call some pairs to read the conversation.
 Check Ss’ understanding:
3. Point and say
Ask Ss look at the pictures a, b, c and d on page 8. Ask Ss to describe each picture.
üüGive an example and ask Ss to work in pairs to play roles
