Resources: Books, teachers’ book, notebooks, cards and cassette. D. Procedure: I. Warm up. - Review the model sentences from unit 6 to unit 10. - Lead in the new lesson. II. New lesson 1. Read and listen to the story.Thenfill the gaps - Set the scene. - Play the tape for sts to listen and read. - Help sts get the idea of the story, simply let them read and listen to this episodes, the initial task will be more challenging. - Let sts fill the gaps in pairs. - Monitor the activity. - Call on sts to report. - Give feedback. Resources: Book, CD-player. D. Procedure. I .Warm-up: * Game: Up – down – left – right. - Lead in the new lesson. II. New lesson: 1. Look, listen and repeat: - Run through and set the scene. - Give instruction. - Play the recording all the way through. - Replay the recording for sts listen and repeat. - Divide class into 2 groups to play roles and ask them to take turns. - Ask sts to do further practice in small groups. - Check to make sure that sts can repeat and understand the dialogues.
