*Listening task A man is at the post office and he's taking a postal service. Listen for the first time and answer the following questions:

1. What service is the man taking?

2. What does he want to fax?

3. What's his fax number?

4. How much is this service?

5. What exactly did the man say to make the request?

- T asks ss to open their book (p.103) and practice the dialogue between the man and the clerk

I. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to make requests and talk about different postal services.

-T asks ss to work in groups of two and answer the questions
What can you see in the pictures?
What service is the customer using?
II. PRE-SPEAKING

III. WHILE- SPEAKING
 TASK 2: 
- T lets ss open the books and look at the task2 
- T explains the task and new words
- T asks ss to work in pair and write the dialogue together based on the information given in the task
- T acts out the dialogue together firstly in close pairs and then in open pairs
- T listens and corrects

IV. POST –SPEAKING Role- play 
- T asks ss to think of situations that they themselves need to go to the post office 
- T gets ss act out the conversation that may happen there 
- T calls some pairs to the front of the class to act out the conversation.
- T gives feedback.
V. HOMEWORK
 T asks ss to learn vocabulary and do the exercise on the handout.
- Work in groups.
- Look at the pictures and answer the T’s question.
- Go to the board and write their answers quickly
