Warm up: (5ms)
Brainstorming.
Pre-writing: (15ms)
 -Introduce the format of a paragraph .
Introduction: topic sentence.
Body:sub-supporting sentences 1
 sub-supporting sentences 2
 sub-supporting sentences Conclusion: Concluding sentence.
Call SS to read again forum on the internet in Read 5 on page 43.44 again.
Give the new words and guide Ss to write the short paragraph.
- Have them to discuss the benefits of the internet.
While – Writing: (12ms)
- Ask Ss to use the cues on page 44 to write a passage.
Cues:
The internet as a source of information ( news, articles..)
The internet as a source of entertainment ( music, movies, games,...)
The internet as a means of education ( on-line school, on-line lesson...)
- Help Ss with words or structures while they are writing.
Call on some Ss to read their passage aloud before the class.
Give the remark.
Post- Writing: (10ms)
 Ask Ss to read some passage and ask others to remark.
-Ask Ss to discuss about how long they spend using internet at home and their knowledge when using internet.
Suggested passage : Benefits of the internet :
-A very fast and convenient way to get information.
-A very fast and cheap way to communicate with your friends/ relatives by means of e-mail, chatting,webcam,etc.
-A very updated source of information : you can get the latest local or global news; you can check weather conditions before you go camping You can find the timetable and maps of the buses you want to take.
-A diversified source of entertainments such as you can listen to music , to the radio ,watch videos ,pay games ,read the novels.
-A rich source of educational courses : you can learn English, look up new words in a dictionary, take a training course ,etc.
Homework: (3ms)
 Ask Ss to rewrite the passage at home and prepare the part Language focus.
 Finish network in two groups.
Correct and remark.
Listen to the introduce from the teacher.
Look at the book on page 44 and show the format of a paragraph.
Observe the note from the teacher .
Copy the note.
Read the forum on the internet again and find the advantages of internet.
Copy new words and listen to the guide.
Use the pictures and cues to write the passage.
Look at the cues and work individually and write the passage.
Exchange the passage and compare and with their partner’s.
Present some good passage and some more the passage .
Listen to the teacher’s remark.
Remember the mistake and try to avoid.
Discuss about how long they spend using internet.
Work in groups .
Present in front of the clasroom.
