A. Objectives:
* At the end of the lesson, Ss can use “wish” sentences to talk about unreal present desires, further practice in the past simple tense.
* Contents: + Vocabulary: Review
 + Grammar: Past simple and wish sentences. Wh + did + S + V ...?

- Do the 15-minute test.
- Introduce the topic of the lesson.
III. New lesson. (25’)
1. Activity 1.
- Revision:
- Ss read the information given in the box, work in pair to make similar dialogue.
- Ss look at the pictures (P. 12), read the words given in the box and match the verbs with the nouns to understand what Lan and her friends did to prepare for the party.
- Ss write about their preparation for a farewell party.
2. Activity 2.
- Revision the wish sentences.

- Ss read the situation and answer the questions.
- Ss read situations given, work with their partners to tell each other about the wishes they want to make in these situations.
- T has Ss give their answers and does direct correction.
- Ss discuss and talk about their wishes.
