- Trong câu đã dùng Although, even though, though thì chúng ta không dùng “BUT” và ngược lại

7. Phrasal verbs: turn on, turn off, turn up, turn down, look for, look after, look up, go on 
Eg: It is too hot here. Can you turn on the electricity fan?

8. Make suggestions:
S + suggest + V-ing. 	=>Eg: We suggest (go) going by bus.
S + suggest + that clause. => Eg: I suggest that we should repair the faucets.
9. Relative pronouns: Đại từ liên hệ (who, which, that)	
- Who = for people (sử dụng cho người) ( We use who instead of he, she, they........ ).
- Which = for things (sử dụng cho vật)
( We use which instead of it, they, the repeated things... )
- That = use for both people and things (sử dụng cho cả người và vật)

1st April- April Fool’s Day
No one really know where April Fool’s Day comes from but it is believed to be linked to France around the Middle Ages when they changed from the Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar (the one in use today). Under the Julian calendar, New Year was celebrated on the 1st April but under the Gregorian calendar, this celebration changed to the 1st January. Some refused to change the day of their celebrations and so were regarded as “fools’” and jokes were played on them.

After the war, they hated each other. Mrs. Ann Reeves Janis wanted the people to make friends with each other again. So she started “Mother’s Friendship Day”. On that day, she visited all the other mothers in the town and said, “Let us be friends with each other again”.
Her idea succeeded. The same thing happened in other parts of the country. After she died, her daughter carried on her idea. In 1908, “Mother’s Friendship Day” became “Mother’s Day”.
