A. THE AIM AND OBJECTIVES:
 1. Aims:
- Học sinh đọc hiểu đoạn văn nói về dự định của Phương và Mai.
- Sau bài học các em có thể viết về những việc mà mình sẽ làm trong ki nghỉ hè sắp tới. Có sử dụng các liên từ chỉ thời gian.
 2. Objectives:
a. Language focus:
Vocabulary:
- Dạy mới: từ vựng và liên từ chỉ thời gian: first, then, next, after that, finally. 	
Grammar / Structures:
- Ôn tập các câu hỏi về dự định: what, where,which, how long ...
 b. Skills: Speaking, Reading, Listening and Writing
B. PREPARATION:
 1. Teacher: Lesson plan, word cues.
 2. Students: Do the homework assignments, EL books and notebooks.
C. PROCEDURE:
 I. Organization (2’) Greeting and checking member.
II. Warm up and check old lesson(5’): T asks ss some questions about last lesson.

 - T. eacher sets the scene the text about the Phuong and Mai vacation and ask sts to practice speaking predict Phuong and Mai are going to visit 5 places you’ve matched in their summer vacation : Where are they going to go first /second / third / fourth and fifth ?

 II. WHILE - READING : (15’)
- T. eacher asks sts to read the text A4 on page 142 
- T. eacher calls some sts to reading 
- Ask other sts to corrects the mistake

- Teacher asks sts to practice speaking to make a plans for their vacation in this summer use the Grid 
- T. eacher asks sts to practice speaking 
- Teacher asks sts to practice speaking to use the table and answer the questions 
 1. Which places are you going to visit ?
 2. Where are you going to stay ?
 3. How long are you going to stays for ?
 4. What are you going to do there ?
- T. eacher gets feed back
- Sts guess
- Sts repeat chorally first, then individually.
- Sts copy
- Sts come to the board and rewrite the words 
- Sts listen to the teacher
- Sts practice speaking to match name of place 
- Sts work in pair and practice speaking.
- Sts give the keys
- Sts listen to the teacher
- Sts give the answers
- Sts read the text A4 on page 142.
