1. Warm up (5’)
- Show sts how to play:
( Key: the days of the week)
- Divide the class into groups of 6 sts. Each group is given a card with one word written on it. The 1st of group keeps the card and says the word to the second; the 2nd says it to the 3rd , and so on. The last one has go to the board and write the word on it. The group that finishes the task first wil win.
2. Pre- writing (7’) 
- Let sts observe the pictures 
- Review the days of the week
- Play the recorder
- Let Ss share
- Give the keys: 1a; 2a; 3b; 
3. While- writing (15’)
- Have pupils look at the sentences and the table (p19) then guess the suitable words to fill.
- Call on some Ss to report the answers .
- Guide ss to complete the exercise.
- Have ss read aloud the sentences they have written.
- Check and correct.
4. Post- writing (10’)
- Ask Ss to say the name of the song
- Let sts look at the words of the song then read aloud
- Play the recording
- Guide sts to read each line of the song
- Play the recording
- Ask one group of 6 in front of the class sings, the rest clap the hands
- Have whole class sing the song again
