Look, listen and repeat (13-15’) * New words - monkeys (action + picture + word card) - tigers (sound + picture + word card + action) - bears ( picture + word card) - elephants (sound + picture + word card + action) - Listen and repeat (whole class/ group/ individual) - Ask Ss to repeat all words - Call 2 students to read. * Check: Stress - Ask Ss to listen and answer “one or two” in monkeys, tigers, elephants - Ask Ss to read again. - Read (Whole class/ individual/ whole class) * Check: “Stop the bus”. + Listen and guess “what is it?” + What game is it? (stop the bus) + Good job. Stop the bus game Game rules: - The bus will take a suggestion word, when the bus goes on; you have to look at suggestion word carefully. - If you can find the correct word, raise your hand and say “Stop the bus”.
