I. Grammar:
1. Hỏi về quê quán ta dùng cấu trúc.
 Where + be + S + from?
 S + be + from + quê quán.
2. Hỏi về quốc tịch ta dùng cấu trúc.
 What + be + TTSH + nationality?
(or) What nationality + be + N/ Pronoun?
 TL: S +be + adj (chỉ quốc tịch)
Ex: What is your nationality? = What nationality are you?
3. So sánh của tính từ
a. So sánh của tính từ ngắn: tính từ ngắn là tính từ chỉ có một âm tiết và tính từ có hai âm tiết tận cùng là y, et, ow, er, le (quiet, narrow, clever, gentle, busy.)
+So sánh hơn dạng tương đối.
 S + be + adj-er + than + N/ S.
Ex: I’m taller than Hoa.
+So sánh hơn dạng tuyệt đối.
 S + be + the + adj-est +.
Ex: I’m the tallest in my class.
b. So sánh của tính từ dài: tính từ dài là tính từ có từ hai âm tiết trở lên. (expensive, careful, excellent, difficult, beautiful, intelligent,..)
+Dạng tương đối.
 S + be + more + adj + than + N/ S.
Ex: The dress is more expensive than my dress.
+Dạng tuyệt đối.
 S + be + the + most + adj +.
Ex: My sister is the most beautiful in my village.
*Cách thêm ER và EST vào sau tính từ:
-Thông thường ta thêm ER or EST vào sau tính từ. tall-> taller-> tallest
-Tính từ tận cùng bằng E ta chỉ thêm R or ST. nice->nicer-> nicest.
-Tính từ tận cùng là một phụ âm trước có một nguyên âm ta gấp đôi phụ âm + ER or EST. big-> bigger-> biggest.
-Tính từ tận cùng là Y ta đổi thành i+er or est. happy-> happier-> happiest.
-Một số tính từ không theo quy tắc: good-> better-> the best
 bad-> worse-> the worst
 many/ much-> more-> the most
 little-> less-> least
c. So sánh bằng: S + be + as + adj + as +.
Ex: He is as tall as his brother.
4. How + adj + be + S? dùng để hỏi về kích thước, sự đo lường hay tuổi tác.
Ex: How tall/ old + are you?
5. Lots of, a lot of: là từ chỉ số lượng (có nghĩa nhiều) a lot of và lots of đồng nghĩa với many và much, nó được dùng trong câu xác định thay cho many và much, và có thể dùng với danh từ đếm được và không đếm được.
Ex: He has a lot of homework to do.
