Objective: By the end of the lesson students will be able to understand how to do with emphasis structures

I. ACTIVITY 1 
- T shows the poster on the board.
Nhấn mạnh chủ từ (Subject focus)
It + is /was + N/ pronoun (person) + who/that + V+O
Nhấn mạnh túc từ (Object focus)
It + is /was + N/ pronoun (person)+ who(m)/that +S +V.
Nhấn mạnh trạng từ (Adverbial focus)
It + is / was + Adverbial phrase + that + S + V 
Câu chẻ bị động (Cleft sentences in the passive)
It + is / was + Noun / pronoun (person) + who + be + P.P
- T calls 6 students to write the structures of the cleft sentences
- T checks ss’ answers.

- T delivers handouts to students- asks them to work in groups to rewrite the sentences
