Encourage the SS to answer by: Hello teacher, I´m ... Go to one SS and say: My name´s Nga. What´s your name? Have him/her answer with his her name. Repeat the steps a few time Draw the SS attention to the unit titlesand check their understanding. Have them to repeat it once or twice. 2 New leSSon a, Look, listen and repeat - Ask Ps to look at the picture at the top of page 12 and describle it. - T explains the requirement of the task. tell SS that they are going to ask someone´s name - Play the recording through for Ps to listen as they follow the dialogue. - Listen and repeat line by line. - Ps practice in groups. - Call on some groups to perform in front of the claSS. - Gives comment b, Point and say tell SS that they are going to practise Asking the SS to point to the character in part 2 and say the name and the word to fill in the gap. My name´s .... Get individuals or pairs to act out the greetings and respondes infront of the claSS.
