Activity 1: Present the second part of the dialogue:
-T uses two puppets to introduce the dialogue.
Puppet A: What’s your name?
Puppet B: ( Gv chỉ vào mình) My name is (John).
T is puppet A, Ss is puppetB repeat the dialuge then change role 
T explains newwords :
- T introduces structure
Activity 2: Practice
T divides class in to two groups. each group has a puppet, then listen and determine ( con rối của nhóm mình là câu nào trong hội thoại )
- Practice in groups ( 3 times ) then change role ( 3 times )
- Ss work in pairs to ask and answer for name.
I/ The dialogue:
-Listen and copy down
A: What’s your name?
B: ( Gv chỉ vào mình) My name is (John)
- Repeat
- Ss listen and copy down 
 + What (n): cái gì. ( từ để hỏi )
+your (Dtsh) : của bạn 
+ name: tên
+ your name: tên của bạn.
+ is ( tobe ): thì ,là, ở
+ my name: tên của tôi .
* What’s your name? ( dùng hỏi tên bạn mình )
Câu trả lời : My name is + tên ( tên của tôi là )
- What’s = What is.
- My name’s = My name is.
