- Greeting

- Have students play a small game: Say one letter in random, who say the sound of this letter first will get one point.

- Ask students to open their book on page 12.

- Show the alphabet on the board.

- Have students look over the alphabet and pictures on their book.

- Explain for students to know that they will play a game, their task is that they will point to the letter on their book while listening.

- Play the rocording, model for students : /k/ C point to letter C.

- Play the rocording, pause after each letter for students to point.

- Write letter M on the board, ask students to say the name and the sound.

- Repeatsteps with the other letters.

- Have student sing the song about the days of week.

- Write the days of week on the board. Have students point to each letter and say.
