Reported speech. - Skills: Speaking Teaching aids: - Lesson plan, Students’ book ; workbook. Teaching procedure: Activities Content Organization(1’) Greetings and checking attendances: +What is the weather like? +Who is absence today? Checking the old lesson.(4’) -Optional. -Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students. New lesson(35’) Pre – speaking *Help the students to practice speaking: -Guide the students study some new words. - Ask the students to look at the pictures then write the names. -Explain the meaning. - Write on the notice-books. *Help the students to study the reported speech.(How to change direct speech into reported speech) -Give some examples. While- speaking 1.-Explain the requests from the task.(let the students read the examples carefully.) -Ask each student to make a questions using these places.( Great Wall, Ha Long Bay, Mount Everest, Eiffel Tower, Big Ben, The Pyramids) - Then ask the other students to answer these questions. 2.- Let the students read the examples. - Pay their attention to the structures. -Ask the students to talk with a partner about their survey. -Call some students to read the answers aloud. -Correct the mistakes if any. Post- speaking -Ask the students to write on the notice-books. Feedback.(3’) -Help the students to remember how to do the works. -Explain the requests from the students.
