-Ask the students about their preparing for the lesson.
-Introduce the topic of the students.
New lesson(35’)
Pre – reading
*Guide the students study the new words.
-Read the words then the students repeat in chorus.
-Explain the meaning.
-Write on the boards.
-Students read in chorus again.
While- reading 
1.-Let the students look at the pictures then answer the questions:
- Let the students read these paragraphs quickly.
-Guide the students complete the sentences with suitable words.
-Let the students compare their answer with the other.
- Check their predictions.
-Check their answers.
- Complete the table about the Christmas.
2.-Work in groups to find out the answers.
Ask the students to read the questions then answer in pairs.
-Call some pairs to check.
-Explain more if any.
-Ask some students questions a – e.
-Give the correct answers.
-Write the answer on the notice books.
Post- reading
 -Students talk about: What do people do at Christmas?
