MRS. ROBINSON: Jone, I want you to go to the flower market for me, please.
Mr. Robinson: What do I have to buy?
MRS. ROBINSON: Some peach blossoms and bunch of flowers.
Mr. Robinson: What sorts of flowers?
MRS. ROBINSON: Marigolds, because they are traditional at Tet.
Mr. Robinson: Anything else?
MRS. ROBINSON: No, but I need Liz to do a few things.
Liz: What is that, Mom?
MRS. ROBINSON:Are you busy?
Liz: No. Do you need something?
MRS. ROBINSON: Yes. Go to the market and pick some candies and one packet of dried watermelon seeds, please.
Liz: Okay. What are you going to do?

(1’) -Greetings and checking attendances: +What is the weather like? +Who is absence today? Checking the old lesson.(4’) -Ask the students to read the dialogue. -Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students. New lesson(35’) Pre-listening. -Introduce the content of the listening task. (The Robinson family are making preparations for Tet. They want to buy things for Tet.) -Ask the students some questions: +So what do you think they want to buy? Think of thing people often want to have at Tet. -Read the words then the students repeat in chorus. -Explain the meaning. -Write on the boards. -Students read in chorus again. While - listening -Ask the students guess what they want to buy. (Now listen to their conversation and find out what Mrs. Robinson wants her husband and Liz to do.) - Students listen to the Audio-CD and complete the gap. -Explain the requests from the task. - Students listen to the Audio-CD and answer. (Listen again find out what Mrs. Robinson herself is going to do. Then complete the note.) -Listen again then write on the notice books. Post – listening - Work in group to write down what the Robinson’s family has to do for Tet. Feedback.(3’) Explains the request from the students. Homework: (2’) Guide the students do the works.
