This is the emergency room in a large hospital. A paramedic is wheeling a patient on a stretcher into the emergency room where a doctor is waiting to treat the patient. The patient doesn’t look well. His head is bandaged and his eyes are closed.

A nurse is pushing an empty wheelchair towards the exit. She is probably taking it to a patient in the ambulance.

The eyes chart on the wall is used to check people’s eyesight. The chart consists of about 28 letters ranging in size from about 5 centimeters in height at the top of the chart at about 1 centimeter at the bottom.

-Check the students’ preparing.
-Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students.

Pre - listening 
-Help the students to study some new words.
+Let the students skim the lesson.
+Write on the boards.
+Students repeat in chorus.
+Explain the meaning.
While – listening
-Let the students look at the pictures then answer the questions:
Where is it?
What is she doing?
-Explain the requests from the task.
-Ask the students to look at the tables(hanging on the board) then predict.
- Let the students listen to the Audio-CD.
Guide the students matching: 
- Students match letters A, B, C, D, E, and F to correct words in the box.
- Check their predict.
- Ordering:
-Ask the students to discuss in group of 4 and predict the correct order, then fill in their chosen order 1 , 2, 3, 
-Listen again then check the key.
-Ask the students to compare the answer with the other.

-Ask the students to answer the comprehension questions:
