Greetings and checking attendances:
What is the weather like 
Who is absence today?
Checking the old lesson.(4’)
-Ask the students to write the past form of the verbs.
-Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students.
New lesson.(35’)
Pre – reading.
*Introduce some new words to the students.( Let the students skim and find the words)
-Write on the board.
-Students repeat in chorus.( 3 times)
-Explain the meaning.
-Write on the notice-book.
While-reading
 -Help the students to practice their reading skill:
-Introduce the topic of the folk tale and ask the students some questions:
-Do you know this story?
-Can you guess from the title?
-Read and find out who Little Pea was, who Stout Nut was and whose shoe was lost.
- Read the story quickly and find the answers.
- Check their prediction.
- Students read the story again and then answer the questions in Read 1 ( P. 42)
-Compare the answers with their partner.
-Call some read aloud before the class.
-Correct the mistakes ( if any) and give the key.
-Let the students read the folk tale gain to understand the below words depending on the scene:
Cruel to, upset, broken heart, harvest festival, change … into, fall in love with…
-Students work in pairs to find out the answers.
-Discuss their answers with the other.
-Call some pairs to check then correct the mistakes if any.
Post- reading
-Ask the students to write in their notice-books.
