- Ask students to talk something about history of “The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union 
- Correct and get mark.

- Ask students to look at the notice and explains: This is the notice from Y and Y to its members. You read it and tell me what activities this organization is going to do.

	3. While - Writing. 
- Let students read the dialogue between Hoa and her aunt and talk about Hoa’s Y and Y Greene Group’s plan:
	+ have an environment moth
	+ clean the banks of the lakes
	+ plant trees and flowers
- Ask students to base on the dialogue in the book between Hoa and her aunt. Imagine that you are Hoa and write a letter to your parents about the activities you are going to do (students work in groups)
- Call on some groups to read their letters
- Correct their mistakes and give a letter
Dear Mom and Dad,
	I’m very happy to tell you that I’m going to join the Y and Y Green Group of my school.
	The Green group is holding an environment month plan. We’re going to clean the banks of the lakes on weekends. We’re going to plant trees and flowers in the parks or in the school garden and water them every afternoon after class. We’re planting young trees and plants to sell to other schools. I hope that we can give more green color to the city and earn some money for the Y and Y. It’s very interesting and useful, isn’t it? I will tell you more about the group activities later.

Lesson 6 : LANGUAGE FOCUS
A. Aims:
	After the lesson sets will review all the grammar point they have learnt of this unit and will be able to do the exs related.

	Activity 1: Remind Sts of Present tense with future meaning.

- Ask students to read the spring activity program of Y and Y pioneers organization and answer the following questions.

	+ When will they do in the program?
	+ Where will they do in the program?

- Let students practice in pairs ask and answer questions about Y and Y spring activities program (base on) the same example.

Note: Besides “will/ be going to” we can use the present simple tense to express an arranged action that will happen in the future.
	 Activity 2: Gerunds 
- Ask students to look at the table and talk about what Ba and Lan like or dislike doing.
- Let students practice in pairs talking about Ba and Lan’s hobbies by using love, like, don’t like, hate.	
- Write examples on the board and explain
	A: Ba loves playing soccer but he doesn’t like washing up
B: Lan doesn’t like playing soccer and she doesn't like washing up, either
→ 	Note: Remember that these verbs must be followed by V-ing
- Call on some pairs to read their answers:
	A: Ba hates cooking meals but de likes performing music
	B: Lan likes cooking meals and she likes performing music, too
	A: Ba doesn’t like gardening but he gathering broken glasses
	B: Lan doesn’t like gardening but she gathering broken glasses
