Neither is used to show agreement with negative statements.

Neither + Auxiliary + Subject (pronoun)

The Auxiliary needs to agree with the verb tense in the original statement.

It is similar to using either at the end of a sentence, although Neither is more commonly used, especially in spoken English.

Objectives.

*Help the students to review words about food, fruits.
-Let the students list the things we can drink, eat.

-Ask some bad students to read.(Make sure all the students can read, understand)
Practice.
A2-Help the students to practice speaking about hobbies, using so, too, either and neither.
-Guide the students to review the usage of so, too, either and neither.
-Explain the meaning, using, spelling…
-Ask the students the model questions then students answer aloud.
-Explain the requests from the task.
-Ask the students to answer about the fruit, food, the like/dislike. Using the structure: so, too, either, neither.
-Call some pairs to check.
-Correct the mistakes if any.
A6-Help the students to review using past simple tense.(Regular verbs) and consolidate using the structure: so, too, either, neither.

-Call some students to read(one read the negative sentence the other respond with either, neither….etc.)

*Usage of so, too, either and neither.
SO is used to show agreement with positive statements.
SO + Auxiliary + Subject (pronoun) 
The Auxiliary needs to agree with the verb tense in the original statement.
It is similar to using TOO at the end of a sentence.
NEITHER
Neither is used to show agreement with negative statements.
Neither + Auxiliary + Subject (pronoun) 
The Auxiliary needs to agree with the verb tense in the original statement.
It is similar to using either at the end of a sentence, although Neither is more commonly used, especially in spoken English.
A2. Ask and answer questions with a partner. Talk about the food you like.
I like pineapples. Do you like them?
Yes. I like pineapples, too./ Yes, so do I
No. I don’t like pineapples. No, I don’t.
I don’t like beef. Do you like it?
No, I don’t like beef either./ No, neither do I.
Yes. I like beef. / Yes, I do.

Regular verbs

I’d like some peas. I’d like spinach.
