Ask some free questions:
+What is the weather like?

+Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students.( Now we are going to practice, review how to use some issues of grammar such as: adverbs of frequency, present progressive tense and so on.)

Activity 1
*Help the students to review the theory
 of present progressive tense and do the exercise:
-Ask the students to review the theory.( Usage, Form,….)
+We use a form of to be (am, are or is), the infinitive of the verb and the ending –ing.

Activity 2
-Help the students to be able to understand and use : This and That, These and Those.
(That is used for singular objects, and those is used for plural objects that are located away from the speaker. That and those are often used with the 'there' to indicate that the object is away from the speaker.)
-Explain the requests from the task.( This is a dialogue between his mother and him when she came his bed room and found the room was untidy. In Vietnamese.)
+Let the students do complete the dialogue in pairs.
-Encourage the students to exchange their result with the other’s.
+Call some students to check.
Activity 3
*Guide the students review how to speak time in English.
-Explain the meaning, spelling, usage.
-Give some examples: 
-Let the students to write the correct time using the pictures.
-Ask them to exchange the answer with the other partner’s.
-Call some students to check.
-Correct the mistakes if any.
Activity 4
*Help the students to remember some subject names:
-Let the students write the correct subject names.
-Ask the students to read.
Activity 5
*Help the students to review how to use the adverbs of frequency. 
-Explain the students to write the sentences about Ba using the adverbs of frequency.
-Write on the notice-books.
*Guide the students review the suggestions:
-Retell the structures:
-Let the students look at the table then explain the meaning, usage…..
-Explain the requests from the task.( x negative, and v affirmative.)
-Help the students to connect the verbs with the correct objects.
-Ask the students to do the exercises in pairs.
-Call some students to check.
-Correct the mistakes if any.

I-Practice:
1. Present progressive tense
*Use.
The Present Progressive is used when we talk about something which is happening now.
*Form: 
to be (am, are, is) + V_ing
Ex: 
Is he/she/it playing volleyball? 
*Adverbs: now, at the moment
*Complete the passage.
It is six thirty in the evening. Lan (is doing )her homework. She( is writing) an English essay. Mr.Thanh (is reading) a newspaper and Mrs.Quyen (is cooking) dinner. Liem and Tien, Lan’s brother, (are playing) soccer in the back yard. Liem (is kicking) the ball and Tien (is running) after it.
2. This and That, These and Those
 This/that + be + a/n
 These/ Those + be + a/n…..
Eg: This is my teacher, Mrs Dung.
This room is very untidy.
 This desk is mine

Put that bag away.
That isn’t my bag, Mom. This is my bag.
Put these dirty socks in the washing basket.
These socks?
No, Those socks on the bed.

3. Time
Write the correct time.
+It’s hour o’clock./ 
+It is hour + minute.
+It is minute to/past hour.
Eg: 7.5 : It’s seven five.
 It’s five past seven.
 7.15: It’s seven fifteen.
 It’s a quarter past seven.
 7.30: It’s half past seven.
 7.49: It’s eleven to eight.
a) Ba: What time is it ?
 Nam: It is nine forty.
 It is twenty to ten.
b) Lan: What time doe the movie start? 
 Hoa: It starts at a quarter past seven. (It starts at seven fifteen.)
c) Mrs: Quyen: Will you be home for dinner tonight?
Mr.Thanh: No. I’ll be home at half past ten.( ten thirty)
d) Miss Lien: Can you come to school early tomorrow?
Nam: Yes, Miss Lien. I’ll come at a quarter to seven.( Six forty-five)
4. Vocabulary: subjects
 Write the correct subject names.

5. Adverbs of frequency
Always, usually, often, sometimes, never.

+Before ordinary verb.

6. Making suggestions
