I. OBJECTIVES:
Teaching aims: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
- Ask for and give personal information.
- Talk about their date of birth; 
- Use the future simple tenses to talk about future plans.
- Develop reading and listening skill.

1. Warm - up (5’)
Game Pelmanism:
- Teacher prepares 24 cards. 12 cards are written the names of 12 months, the other are written the ordinal number from the 1st to the 12th.
- Group work 
2. Presentation (10’)
- Set the scene
- Have Ss look at the picture
- Explain new vocabulary: nervous, worry 
- Let them find out the sentences in which the simple future is used.
- Review the simple future 
 + I will be on 14 on my next birthday 
 + I won’t be happy 
 + Won’t = will + not 
 + I’ ll = I will 
- Have students notice the preposition “on + date”
- Listen 
- Note the vocabulary

3. Practice (15’)

- Have Ss read the dialogue then role play it 
- Call 2 pairs to check
