 I. OBJECTIVES: 
Teaching aim: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to ask and answer about the time, ask and answer about the time for activities in the morning.

1. Warm - up: (5’)
- Ask Ss to write sentences about activities in the morning.
Ex: Every morning, I get up ……..
2. Presentation: (15’)
- Set the scene: Ba and his friend are going to school.
- Introduce some new words.

 + o’clock : 
 + half past ….
 + (to) be late for (v)
 + (to) go home (v)
- Ask Ss to practice the new word.
- Introduce structure, using pictures.
 What time is it ?

 It is seven fifteen. (7.15)
 It is half past ten. (10.30)

- Have Ss look the pictures part 4/ p.50, listen and repeat then practice with partner.
- Call some Ss to practice in front of class.
