- Ask Ss to look at the picture on P.52
- T points to each picture and elicits Ss’answer

- you are going to read a text on the weather and seasons in different part of VN
* Pre-teach the new vocab

- T elicit the meaning and write words on the board.

- T gives instructios: You are going to complete the writing frame with the information of their local weather and seasons . you should read the guide and complete 
- T asks ss work individually. Remind Ss to write a draft before copying ontow a clean sheet of paper for the class display later.
- T goes round and checks
- T calls some ss to report their answer
5. Fun time:The weather song
Stick the large- sized sheet of paper with the song on the board.
- Pre-teach the words
- Ask Ss to repeat these words a few times.
- Read the lyrics and check Ss’ comprehension. Get Ss to repeat eachline of the song.
- Play the recording twice: once for Ss to listen all the way through and once for them to repeat. Pause after each line for Ss to repeat a few times.
- Play the recording again for Ss to sing along.
- Ask Ss to sing along again and do the actions.

- Get them to identify means of transport
- Set the context: You are going to hear some people talking about their trips to their hometowns or villages. You should circle the letters indicating the appropriate answers as you listen.
*Listen and circle:
- Play the recording twice.
- 1st for Ss to listen all the way through.
- 2nd for Ss to do the task.
- Pause after each part for Ss to have time to circle the picture.
- Replay the recording.
- Get Ss to correct their answers in pairs.
- Ask some Ss to report their answers to the class.
- If there is disagreement on any answer, play the related part of the recording again.
- Give the right answers to the class.
