II. New lesson:
1. Listen and completet with one word:
- Have pupils look at the sentences given
- Get sts say aloud
- Elicit sts guess the words for gaps
- Tell the pupils that they are going to listen to 4 dialogues and write one word for one gap.
- Play the recording twice for pupils listen and complete the sentences
- Compare the answers with the partners.
- Play the recording again pupils check their answers.
- T gets the answer:
Answer: 1- sharp; 2 - wall ; 3 – burn; 4 - arm
- Have pupils read the sentences aloud.
- Ask some questions to ensure pupils’ comprehension of the listening text.
2. Read and complete:

- Give sts few seconds to read the dialogue in silence.
- Check comprehension and give feedback.
- Give sts time to do the task and go around and offer help if necessary
- Get sts to work in pairs.
- Get sts to swap and check their answers before checking as a class.

Procedure: I. Warm up: Reading the chant “Why shouldn’t he do that?” II. New lesson: 1. Read and do the task: - Show the passage and elicit the content - Give instruction. - Ask sts to read the text to get information a. Circle the best title: - Have sts read the text to get information and the 4 titles given for the text - Have sts do the task individually to choose the best title - Monitor the activity and offer help when necessary. - Ask sts to work in pairs to check the answer - Call on some sts to report their answers. * Key: b.
