LESSON 3: LISTENING
I. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to listen for specific information and talk about The Great Wall in China.
II. TEACHING AIDS: textbook, pictures, handout.
III. PROCEDURES:

I.WARM- UP Picture
- T asks ss to look at the picture and answer the questions
1. What can you see in the picture ?
2. Where do you think it is ?
3. When do you think it was built?
- T listens and corrects the answers.
- T leads into the lesson
II. PRE-LISTENING

- T asks ss to listen about The Great Wall, one of the wonder. 
- T plays the tape one or two more times and pauses at the answer for them to catch the information.
- T asks ss to work in pair to give the answers in class
- T checks the answers and gives feedback.
TASK 2: 
LISTEN AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS
- T asks ss to listen again and answers the questions.
- T asks ss to work in pair to share the answer together.
- T asks ss to check the answers by listening again.
- T listens and gives the feedback.
IV. POST –LISTENING 
Discussion
- T gets ss to work in groups of 4 to choose and talk about the topic by answering the questions.
