I.WARM- UP Pictures
-T asks ss to work in groups of two and answer the questions
1. What programme is this? 
à It is the sport news 24/7 
2.What contents are usually mentioned in the report?
à Sports in the country and over the world
- T leads into the lesson
II. PRE-LISTENING Classification+ word.
- T gives ss a handout.
- T asks ss to work in groups to find out the name of sport through 3 words on the hand out.
- T calls on some ss to say out the answers in class.
- T corrects.
III. WHILE- LISTENING
* TASK 1: 
MULTIPLE CHOICE
- T asks ss to work individually to read the statements carefully.
- T asks ss to listen and choose the best answers.
- T asks ss to work in pair to compare the answers.
- T asks ss to listen again and check the answers.
TASK 2: 
LISTEN AND ANSWERS THE QUESTIONS
- T ask ss to work in pairs and read questions given in the textbook and makes sure they understand the questions.
- T asks ss to listen again then answers.
- T calls some pairs to practice aloud in front of class.
- T listens and gives the correct answers.
IV. POST –LISTENING 
- T asks ss to work in group to discuss “ talk about the athlete you know?”
- T goes around to check the activities and to make sure that ss are working effectively.
- T checks and corrects the answers.
V. HOMEWORK
- T asks ss to learn vocabulary and prepare the next lesson.
- Work in groups.
- Look at the pictures and answer the T’s question.
- Give feedback to the others.
- Follow t’s elicit and contribute to the lesson.
