b.While – Listening : (10ms)

- Ask Ss to listen to the tape and check their predictions .

Give the tape again .

Ask Ss to check .

Objectives :	After finishing the lesson students( Ss) will be able to listen to specific information, ask for and give information about their own village .At the same time they can practice more about the connectors “so” and “so . . . that”.
 Language contents:
Structures:	Reason clause ,so + result clause.
 So + adj / adv + that result clause. 
Vocabulary	Revision.
Techniques:	Jumbled words, open prediction
Teaching aids:	a cassette player - pictures of activities in class-text book.

Ask Ss to describe their home village

a, Presentation: (8ms)
Give the scenes and make sentences with adverb clause of result.
Introduce the word “ SO “ and how to use.
Give meaning of the word “SO”
Give form: 
Clause of cause ,so + clause of result. 
SO: used to express the result of the statement before.
Give example :
Because Hoa worked hard, she passed the exam.
 Hoa worked hard, so she passed the exam.
Guide how to join two half sentences in A with the ones in B.
b.Practice: ( 8ms)
Ask Ss to match in pairs .Then exchange to correct and compare.
Ask Ss to write the finished sentences on BB.
Call Ss to correct .
Give the key.
1-e 2-a 3-d 4-b 5-c
Ask Ss to read the whole sentences.
Remind the grammar .
Show Ss to use SO +adj/ adv+ THAT 
Give example .
Hoa worked so hard that she passed the example.
Homework: (2ms)
Draw a simple match of their neighborhood to show their partner the way to their house.
Guide
 how to do.
Call Ss to do exercise in exercise book .
Describe the home village.
Look at the map and guess where the places on the map are.
Copy new words.
Repeat new words.
Predict and match the letter and the names given.
