I. Organization: (1’)
- Greeting.
- Checking the attendance.
II. Checking the old lesson: (5’)
- Get the writing from the students.
- Remark quickly.
- Introduce the topic of the lesson.
III. New lesson: (35’)
1. Activity 1: 
- Give example and repeat the way to use the main verb of the sentences.
- Rewrite the structure.
- Get Ss. to look at the sentences then use the modal verbs and verbs in the box provided to complete the sentences.
- Call Ss to write on the board.
- Get others to remark.
- Remark.
2. Activity 2: 
- Ask Ss to repeat the way to change direct speech into reported speech.
- Use the Sub-board with the tenses and words in direct column then get Ss to complete the reported column.
- Call Ss to do.
- Ask Ss to come to the board then fill in the blanks.
- Remark and give the right answers.
- Get Ss to look at the sample carefully then change them into the reported speech.
- Call Ss to write on the board.
- Get others to remark.
- Remark.
3. Activity 3:
- Write the samples and structures on the board and repeat the way to use them.
- Get Ss to look at the samples and the structures carefully then change them into the reported speech way to right.
- Call Ss to write on the board.
- Ask Ss to pay attention to Interrogative and question sentences.
