- Have students play “Guessing game”

2. Pre - listening: (7’)
Activity 1:
- Have Ss look at the pictures
- Have Ss listen and answer the questions:
How tall is he?
How heavy is he?
How tall are you?
How heavy are you?
- Introduce the structure
 How tall.?
 How heavy?
Activity 2:
- Have Ss read the dialogue \page 108
- Have Ss guess the words to fill in the blank
- Ss look at the picture and answer the questions 
- Take note
- Read the dialogue and guess the missing words
3. While - listening: (14’)
- Have Ss look at the picture
- Have Ss listen to the tape and write the missing words in the dialogue
- Call Ss to get feedback.
Ask, how, Your, 50, Shorter , me, Tall, Meter, centimeters
Will, nurse, height, Think, No, form.
- Listen to the tape and complete the dialogue
- Compare with their partner
- Give the answers

- Have Ss answer the questions

- Let students observe the picture and ask them questions 
 - This is Mr. Tan, the teacher and this is Lan. Look at balloon 1. Lan was not there , she was absent. 
 What do you think Mr Tan is asking Lan?
 What was wrong with her?
 Activity 2:
- Introduce some new words:

- Observe the picture and answer the questions

- Let them practice the dialogue in pairs
- Call on some pairs to role play the dialogue in front of the class
 Activity 2:
- Have them answers the questions in the dialogue
- Let them ask and answer the questions in pairs.
- Call Ss to get feedback
