 	Period 78: Lesson 4: C5-6 How often
	I. The aims.
	1. Knowledge.
	a. Vocabulary.
	 - To wear (v) mang, mặc
	 - Boots (n) đôi ủng
	 - A camping stove (n) bếp du lịch
	 - Over night (adv) qua đêm
	b. Grammar
	 - Review how to use frequent adverbs and “How often?” question.
	 - Frequent adverbs: always, usually, often, sometimes, never.
	2. Skills
	 - Improve four skills: Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading.
	3. Attitude
	 - Students will be able to use consequent adverb to describe their activities life time through the lesson.
	II. Preparation
	1. Teacher: Textbook, lesson plan, visual ads.
	2. Students: Textbook, notebook...
	III. Procedure.
	1. Checking the old lesson in the lesson
	 - Ask some students to ask and answer by using “how often” questions and using consequent adverbs.
	2. New lesson.
	 a. Presentation.
 * C5: Listen.

 - Asks students to open the book on page 132 to start the new lesson.
 - Today we going to learn about
 - Asks students to look at the pictures part C5 and predict how Loan and Nga often do these activities.
 - Asks students to write their predictions on the board. 
 - Turns on the recording to check and gives the answer key.
 - Answer keys:

 - Gives the comment about students’ predictions.
 - Provides the new words.

- Look at the pictures and write their own predictions about Loan and Nga on the board.

- Check their predictions.
- Write the new words down.
- Listen and repeat in chorus.
- Listen to the recording again to complete exercise.

 f. They take food, water, and a camping stove.
 * Play “Lucky number” game.
	 - Teacher divides class into two teams to play the game.
	 - The game’s rules: One of student in your team chooses any number that I prepared. If the number that you choose is a lucky number, you will receive 10 points without do anything. If it has a question, you have to answer correctly to get point. If you cannot answer, the right will belong to the other team.
- Read the context on page 133.
- Work in pairs to complete the comprehension questions. 
- Practice to ask and answer the questions.
- Check their answers and copy the correct answers.
- Students play the game under the teacher’s controlling. 
	 IV. Feedback.
	 - T: calls a student to remind the lesson that they have learnt.

	 V. Homework.
 - Learn the vocabulary.
 - Prepare Unit 13. Activities and the seasons (lesson A)
