II- Language content: Structures: + “Which” questions to talk about school. Which grade are you in? Which class are you in? Which floor is your classroom on? How many floors does Thu’s school have? - Vocabulary: Grade, floor ,and , first, second, class, have, has III- Teaching aids Text book, lesson plan, cassette tapes. IV- Procedure 1. Warm up: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Content - Ask Ss some questions - Answer QUESTIONS -How many classrooms are there? -How many students are there? Presentation: - Introduce the situation and explain new words and structures. - Let them compare, find out the different between a school in the country and one in the city. - Read the dialogue. - Listen. - Write. - Try to find out the difference between schools shown in the pictures. - Repeat the dialogue. 1. Presentation: - Introduce the ordinal numbers from 1st -> 10th. - Let them repeat and then say the numbers by themselves. - Introduce a big school with many floors, use the ordinal numbers. - Read. - Write the ordinal numbers in the notebook. - Say the ordinal numbers, notice the different spelling. - Listen to the teacher’s introduction. - Listen and repeat. - Write. 1. II- Language content: Grammar: Structures: + I get up. He gets up. + I wash my face. He washes his face. + What do you do every morning? -> I get up. + What does she do every morning? -> She gets up. Vocabulary: Get up, get dressed, brush your teeth, wash your face, have breakfast, go to school III- Teaching aids Text book, lesson plan, cassette tapes. IV- Procedure: 1. Warm up: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Content - Ss read and write numbers from the first to the tenth. - Practice Presentation: - Show SS 6 pictures of Ba’s daily activities. - Introduce new words and let them repeat the difficult ones. - Show them picture by picture. - Read sentence by sentence. - Mention the different of verbs after “I” and “ He”. - Listen and correct. - Look at the pictures. - Listen. - Repeat the new words. - Look at the picture, listen to the teacher carefully. - Repeat the sentences. - Notice the difference of the verbs after “I”, and “He”. 1. Listen and repeat: New Words: - get up (v): thức dậy - get dressed (v): mặc quần áo - brush your teeth (v): đánh răng của bạn - tooth (n): răng (số ít) - teeth (n): răng (số nhiều) - wash your face (v): rửa mặt của bạn - have breakfast (v): có bữa sáng - go to school (v): đi đến trường Structures: -What do you do every morning? -> I get up . -> I brush my teeth. -> I have breakfast. -What does Ba do every morning? -> Ba gets up. -> He brushes his/her teeth. -> He has breakfast. Practice: - Let SS practice with their partners. - Have them write the sentences ab1out Ba in their exercise notebooks. - Check and correct. - Say the sentences individually. - Practice in pairs. - Write five sentences about Ba in the exercise notebooks. 2. Practice with a partner: Eg: - What do you do every morning? -> I get up. Then I go to school. I have breakfast. 3. Write: Write five sentences about Ba.
