- Vocabulary: to night, match, movie theater

- Text book, lesson plan, cassette tapes.
IV- Procedure:
Warm up:

Content
- Ask SS answer some questions.
- Answer.
- What are you going to do tomorrow?
-> I’m going to do my homework.
Presentation:
- Introduce the topic “Free time plans”. Ask SS what they often do in their free time, at weekends or on holidays.
- Explain new words.
- Listen to the teacher and write.
- Practice.
1. Listen and repeat:
New words:
- to night: đêm, tối
- match: cuộc thi đấu, trận đấu
- movie theater: rạp chiếu phim
- Jurassic park
Practice:
- Introduce the immediate future to express their intention plans. Let them listen and repeat.
- Have them make new sentences by their own and how to use the question “What about you?”.
- Explain how to do the exercises.
- Let them practice in pairs.
- Call some pairs to check and correct their mistakes.
- Introduce the new dialogue.
- Let them listen and repeat.
- Ask questions to check their comprehension.
- Let them ask questions and have their friends answer.
- Let them practice the dialogue in pairs.
- Mention different questions and answers in the dialogue.
- Help SS to answer the questions given by completing the sentences.
- Answer the question.
- Tell about your own plans.
- Listen to the teacher’s introduction, then listen to the cassette and repeat.
- Try to make new sentences, using the immediate future to express intentions or plans.
- Listen to the teacher.
- Practice
- Correct the exercises and write in the notebooks.
- Listen to the teacher, then to the cassette and repeat.

- Listen to the question then complete the sentences to have full answers.

2. Prepare two dialogues:
a. What are you going to do to night?
-> I’m going to see a movie.
b. What are you going to do tomorrow?
-> I’m going to go walking to night, I’m going to watch a soccer match.
4. Answer:
-What are you going to do on the weekend?
Begin with:
On Saturday morning, I’m going to see a movie 
Consolidation:
 - T. has SS to recall the new words and asks SS to practice asking and answering about them.
Homework:
- Learning the lesson at home.
- Prepare “Unit 14. Making plans. Section B. Free time plans (4, 5, 6)” for the next time.

4. Answer:
-What are you going to do on the weekend?
Begin with:
On Saturday morning, I’m going to see a movie 
Presentation:
- Introduce the situation.
- Explain new words.
- Have the SS role – play.
- Listen to the teacher and write.
- Practice.
5. Listen and read:
New words:
- to bring (v): mang theo
- camera (n): máy ảnh
- photo (n): bức ảnh
Practice:
- Let them answer loudly before class and then use “what about you?” to ask their friends.
- Let them tell about their intention one after another.
- Ask them to write the exercises in their notebooks at home.
- Let them take some notes.
- Retell the usage of immediate future.
- Listen to the question then complete the sentences to have full answers.
- Say the answers loudly before the class.
- Use “what about you?” to ask about your friend.
- Tell about your own plan.
5. Ask and answer:
What’s Minh going to do?
-> He’s going to bring some drinks.
6. Listen: 
Vui: c, e; Ly: b; Lan: a; Mai and Nga: d
Vui and her friends are going to camp for three days in Sapa.
Vui is going to bring a tent and some food. Lan’s going to bring a ball. Ly is going to bring her camera to take some photos. Nga and Mai are going to bring some drinks.
* Then write sentences about the 5 girls:
- Vui’s going to bring some food.
Ly’s going to bring some drink.
Consolidation:

- Learning the lesson at home.

- Suggest their plans and read or listen and understand a dialogue or a paragraph about holiday plans.
- Developing: four skills.
II- Language content:
Grammar: 
- Structures: make suggestions
+ Let’s go sailing.
+ Let’s walk.
+ What about going to Huế.
+ Why don’t we go to Hương pagoda?
Review immediate future
- Vocabulary: good, idea, that’s a good idea, far, minibus
III- Teaching aids:
- Text book, lesson plan, cassette tapes.
IV- Procedure:
1. Warm up:

- Ask SS to recall how to use the immediate future and recall new words.
- Practice.
Presentation:
- Ask SS to tell the names of the interesting places in VN which they’d like to visit during summer holidays.
- Introduce the structures “Let’s”.
- Suggest them to use the new structures and the place where they intend to spend their holidays.
- Introduce the new topic.
- Let SS listen to the cassette.
- Introduce the way people suggest with “Let’s”

- Give some more examples.
- Use pictures to set the new situation review the words.
- Help SS to retell the structures studied by some examples.
- Tell some places of interests where you intend to spend your holidays.

- that’s a good idea: đó là 1 ý kiến hay

- minibus (n): ô tô (buýt) 8 -> 12 chỗ
Structures:
Use:
Let’s = let us
(Là câu mệnh lệnh dùng để đưa ra 1 đề nghị, 1 lời khuyên có nghĩa)
Eg: Let’s go sailing.
Let’s + V
What about going sailing?
Why don’t we go sailing?
Why don’t we + go + V ?
- Let’s infinitive
Eg: Let’s go.
- Why don’t we ?
Eg: Why don’t we go Huế?
- What about + gerund ?
Eg: What about going Huế?
Practice:
- Listen to the cassette again and practice in groups of 4 SS each.
- Correct.
- Explain how to work on the exercise.
- Let SS practice in pairs, ask and answer the questions.
- Correct the exercises.
- Attract students’ attention by using some questions.
- Introduce the pictures and give them the cues.
- Let SS practice in pairs.
- Call some of SS, ask them to do the exercise before the class and correct the mistakes if there are any.
- Have them take notes.
- Retell how to make suggestions with “Let’s”.
- Listen to the cassette again then practice with the partners.
- Listen to the teacher’s instruction.
