I.Preposition of the time: in, on, at, before, after, between
1.Giới từ “in’
Dùng trước tháng, năm, mùa, thế kỷ và các buổi trong ngày ngoại trừ at night.

In the evening
2.Giới từ “on”
On dùng trước các thứ trong tuần, ngày tháng và các ngày cụ thể

3.Before ( trước khi, khi trước)
Before lunch
Before Christmas
4.After( sau khi)
After dinner

5.Between( giữa hai khoảng thời gian)

II. “Like” và “ prefer”
1.Like
Like + to V: diễn tả sự lựa chọn và thói quen
Eg: I like sleep late on Sundays.
Like + Ving: diễn tả sở thích
Eg:She like swimming very much.
Like + danh từ (thích gì đó)
Like + V –ing/ to V: thích làm gì đó
2.Would like
Would you like + danh từ? mời ai cái gì
Would you like + to V? mời ai đó làm cái gì
3.Prefer
-Prefer + Ving: chỉ một thói quen
Eg: I prefer going for a picnic.
-Prefer + to V: dùng trong một trường hợp cụ thể
Eg:It’s a nice day. I prefer to go for a picnic.
4.Prefer..to ( thích hơn)
Eg: I prefer going to the cinema to going to the museum.
