I. Warm up: 
- sing the song on page 19 of the student book.
- Comment.
II. New lesson.
- 1. Look,listen and repeat
- Elicit pupils to talk about the top picture on the page 20.
- -Ask sts the name of the characters and what they 
 say.
- - Use a poster and photographs to present the Situation.
- Play the recording for sts to listen and read the dialogue.
- Ask pupils to repeat.
 - Ask Ss to repeat the dialogue.
- Ask pupils to repeat & others give feedback

- Ask sts to look at the 4 pictures with different situations
