Activity 1: Introduce the vocabulary
- T uses realobjects or cards to introduce . 
-Ex: T( raises a pencil and says) a pencil ,a pencil . 
-T asks ss to repeat serveral times .
-T uses other objects or cards to introduce next vocabulary .
- Rub out and remember for checking vocabulary.
* Activity 2: Practice:
-T gives objects ( a pen, pencil,) Ss call objects’ name
-T goes a round class and gives objects to a student. This student call objects’name and give others.
Activity 3:Introduce structures
- T uses a realobject and two puppets to introduce .
- Ex: Puppet A: What’s this ? 
 PuppetB: (cầm 1 cái bút và giơ 1 ngón tay ra hiệu a=1) : It’s a pen. 
- T explains: A=1
- PuppetA : What’s this ?
 -PuppetB : (cầm 1 cục tẩy và giơ 1 ngón tay ra hiệu “ an=a=1” ) : It’s an eraser
- T explains :A/AN: một 
- Chỉ s/dụng “an” khi danh từ bắt đầu bằng : a, u ,e ,i ,o .
- T is puppetA . Ss are puppetB repeat the dilogue then change role. 
- T devides class into groups to practice .
-T asks Ss to practice in pairs . 
* Activity 4 : Practice 
-T asks Ss to uses realobjects or cards to practice 
- Asks Ss practice in groups ( su dung do vat de hoi va tra loi )
- Asks Ss to practice in pair
* Activity5 : Open the book .
- T asks ss to open their books to P 4 and introduces pictures in book .
- T plays the tape 
- T asks ss to listen again and repeat
