Activity 1: Open the book
- T asks Ss to open their books .
- T introduces pictures and people in text book.
- T asks them to call objects’ name in book.
- T plays the tape(2 times)
* Activity 2: Present the paradigm and contraction:
- T plays the tape and writes on the board.
- T explains: - Is this a bag ?
Yes ,it is / No ,it isn’t 
 No , it isn’t = No it is not
- T guides Ss read the paradigm and contraction.
Activity 3: Practice
- Ask for Ss to point to the picture.Ask and answer in pairs
- Correct the mistakes.
-Ask for Ss to use the real objects. Ask and answer 
- correct the mistakes.
I/ Open the book:
- Open the book
- Listen
- Call objects’ name
- listen and point
- Listen and repeat
