Activity 1: Introducing the greeting
+T introduces her/his name by English
- T : Hello, I am Ha
+T asks Ss to raise name tags
T greets Ss.
eg: T: Hello Lan. Hello Hoa
+T changes the greeting “Hello” by “Hi” 
T : Hi Mai
T can explain the greeting “Hi ,Hello”
Activity 2: Practice
+T uses 2 greetings “ Hi ,Hello” to greet class
+ T asks ss to practice in groups 
+T asks ss to practice in pairs
 ● Activity3 : Present the first part of the dialogue:
- T uses puppets to present the dialouge.
Eg: PuppetA(chỉ vào ngực mình và nói) : Hello , Iam (Andy)
 Puppet B : Hi ! My name is (Kate)
- T is puppetA ss is puppetB repeat the dialouge then change role
-T explains : I am + tên (Tôi là )
My name is + tên (tên của tôi là )
= dùng để gthiệu tên 
Note : Am , is ( be )
Activity 4: Practice
Ask Ss to practice the dialogue in pairs
T guides the way to chain drill.
Example:
- Gv noi voi hs1: Hello, I am Mrs Ha
- Hs1 noi voi hs2: Hi,my name is Lan.
- Hs 2 noi voi hs3: Hello, I am Mai
 Activity5: Open the book 
-T asks ss to open their books to P2 and introduces picturus in book 
-T opens the tape and poits to the pictures 
-T asks ss to listen again and repeat
