Brainstorming: Big cities around the world.
Which city has the largest population in the five cities below: London, Jakarta, Tokyo, Shanghai, Manila.

I think London is number one, isn’t it?
I don’t think so. I think Shanghai is the biggest.

Ask Ss to read the passage again and choose the

Ask ss to read the passage again then choose the correct answer

In 1999, its population grew to 5,037 people.

was 7,120 people. Since then, Hochiminh city has grown and grown!
