-Let the students read the text then find out the new words.

-Ask the students to read all words in chorus aloud.

While-writing
-Help the students to understand the request from the task:
-Let the students read the notice.
-Ask the students read the letter from Nga to Linh then find the correct words in the notice to complete the letter.
-Call some students to read the complete letter aloud.
Checks their pronunciation.
- Ask them to check each others.
- Call some students to read completed letter aloud. 
-Correct and gives right answer.
-Let the students read the dialogue between Hoa and her aunt.
-Ask the students to play as Hoa then write a letter to their parents.
-Let the students read the conference letter then write a similar letter.

-Ask the students to check with the other.
-Calls some students to read the completed letter aloud and corrects their mistake.

2. Read. Then write Hoa’s letter to her parents telling what she is going to do.
Eg: Dear mom and Dad,
 I’m very happy to tell you that I’m able to join the Y and Y Green Group of my school.
 The Green Group is holding an environment month plan. We are going you clean the banks of the lakes on weekends. We are going to plant trees and flowers in the school garden and water them every after noon after class. We are planting young trees and plants to sell to other schools.
We hope that we can give more green color to the city and earn some money for our school Y and Y.
 The program is very interesting and useful, isn’t it?
 I will tell you more about the group activities later.
