Objectives
-At the end of the lesson students can:
- Review of the word only after-school activities
- Question and answer about the after-school activities with conditions from frequency.
- Listen to get information about after-school activities

Ask some free questions:
What is the weather like?
Who is absence today?
Checking the old lesson(4’)
-Read the dialogue on the page of 60?
-Introduce the topic of the lesson to the students.( We are going to talk about outdoor activities after school.)
New lesson.(35’)
Presentation.
-Ask the students some questions:
+ What do you often do after school?
-Let the students list the actives after school.( Look at the pictures)
-Call some students to read aloud the list.
*Ask the students to retell the adverbs frequency. (Usage, meaning, positions..)
Practice.
- Ask the students to look at the pictures then name the activities.
-Check their answers.
-Let the students list more the activity after school that they know.
-Do as example:
+Ask the students the questions:
+What do you usually do after school?
-Ask the students to answer the activity using the adverbs of frequency in the table.
-Let the students practice in pairs in turns.
-Call some students to read aloud the answer/questions.
-Correct the mistakes if any.
*Guide the students practice by asking them the questions below:
+How often do you study in the library after school?
-Let the students practice in pairs in turns using the pictures/activity in the part 2.
-Call some students to read aloud before the class.
-Correct the mistakes if any.
A4. Help the students to practice listening to get the information in detail.
-Let the students know that they are going to listen some friends talking about activities afterschool.
-Let the students read names to the left and activities to the right column.
-Explain the requests from the task.
-Let the students listen to the dialogue one time.
-Listen again then match the names with the correct activities.

-Call some students to read their answer before the class.
-Correct the mistakes if any.

b. Ask and answer. Write a sentence for each day of the week. Use these adverbs:
Always, usually, often, sometimes, never
Eg: How often do you play football?
 I often play soccer after school.
Now ask and answer questions using “ How often……..?”
Examples:
-On Mondays, I usually do my home work with Hoa and Ba after school.
- On Tuesdays, I sometimes go swimming with my friends after school.
-On Wednesdays, after school, I often play computer games with my friends.
- I never go to the movies on Thursdays.
-I always watch TV on Friday evenings.
